Return Policy
IMOUM stands behind the quality of every product sold and delivered by our team, hoping that each and every customer expectation is met and exceeded. If for any reason you are not fully satisfied with your purchase experience within 30 days, we are happy to help with a replacement or refund.
All returns for defect and all returns made after this 30-day return period must be made pursuant to the terms of IMOUM's Limited Warranty.
For any indirect purchases, meaning (1) any purchases not made directly from IMOUM.com (the “Site”) or (2) any purchases made from our authorized resellers, such as Amazon, please refer to the reseller’s return policy or contact the reseller directly. We do not accept returns for indirect purchases.
If you received the wrong item or wrong quantity of items, please contact IMOUM Support. In the case that your order is lost in transit, a replacement will be issued after validation. Refunds will not be issued.
HOW TO RETURN AN ITEM
- Labeling
After approval of your return, a pre-paid shipping label (For returns not caused by IMOUM quality reasons, the package shipping costs will be borne by customers) and a pdf label will be emailed to you. Please print it and securely attach them to the outside of the box.
IMOUM does not accept any courier returns that are not authorized by IMOUM, which may cause IMOUM to be unable to process your return application in time or the warehouse may misclassify your package.
- Return Packaging
All authorized returns must be in its original packaging and include any accessories included with the item (cords, chargers, manuals, etc.). The product must be completely repackaged with the original packaging.
On the outside of the package, secure the return label , verify all the contents are included in the return package, and seal the package. Please verify all information on the return label is correct before shipping.
REFUNDS
Refunds on authorized returns will be processed within 30 days of IMOUM’s receipt of the returned item. Your refund will be credited back to the same payment method used to make the original purchase. Please be sure to keep your copy of the proof of delivery. If IMOUM is unable to verify its receipt of the returned item, IMOUM will not be liable for any repair, replacement, or refund on the returned unit.
EXCEPTIONS
Any returned item that has been excessively worn, used, or altered will not be accepted for return. Returned items that show malicious and/or intentional physical damage is not covered under this policy.
